What it is
A precision two-part mould with four 10mm cavities, for forming four cannagars in a single pressing. The same dense, slow-burning, hollow-cored cigars as the single mould, four at a time.
What is included
A complete kit: two mould halves with four 10mm cavities, two clamping collars, four matched tampers, four centring guides, and four centre rods that create the airflow channels. Ready to use. All you add is your flower and something to wrap each one in.
Built to last
Printed to order in tough PLA+, a stronger and more durable upgrade on standard PLA. Wipe it clean between uses and it is built to be reused for years, so it pays for itself many cannagars over. Made one at a time in Stellenbosch.
How to use it
- Grind your flower fairly fine and even.
- Clamp the halves together with the collars and slide a centre rod into each cavity.
- Pack each cavity in small amounts, pressing firmly with a tamper after each, until dense.
- Leave it clamped to set, a few hours, or overnight for the smoothest burn.
- Withdraw the rods, open the mould, and ease out four formed cannagars.
- Wrap each one (see below) and enjoy.
If your flower is dry and will not hold together, lightly mist it with water before packing, or work in a little kief or a touch of concentrate to help it bind. The mould is 3D-printed, so pack with firm, steady pressure. It does not need to be forced, and forcing it can crack the plastic.
What to wrap them in
At 10mm it is a little thick for a single rolling paper. A hemp wrap or blunt wrap works best, with a rolled-card tip, or none at all.
Wraps, tips and filters are available from any tobacconist, headshop, or online. We do not stock them yet.
Why a four-pack
Four cavities means four cannagars from one pressing, the format for events, sharing, and prepping ahead, instead of forming them one at a time. At R450 that is four times the output of a single mould, for under twice the price.
Buying the four matching single moulds would cost R1000. This four-cavity mould is R450, so you save R550 and form four cannagars in one go.

FAQ
Do I need anything else? Just your flower and a wrap for each one. The mould arrives complete, with four tampers and four centre rods.
Do I have to make four at once? No. Use as many cavities as you like, the rest stay empty.
How long does each one burn? A 10mm cannagar gives roughly 40 to 55 minutes, depending on pack density.
Do I have to make a full one? No. Pack less for a shorter cannagar and you still get the even, slow burn that comes from compacting. The gram ranges are for a full-length cannagar.
