1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CannagarZA website (cannagarza.co.za) and the purchase of products from our store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. About Our Products
All products sold on this website are 3D-printed cannagar moulds made from PLA filament. Our moulds are designed for use with legal herbal materials. Product images are for illustration purposes; your actual product may vary slightly due to the 3D printing process.
All sizes listed (e.g., 8mm, 10mm, 12mm) refer to the internal diameter of the mould cavity. Product dimensions are approximate and may vary by up to 0.5mm due to the nature of 3D printing.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Placing an Order
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
3.2 Payment
Payment is accepted via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) only. Your order will be processed once payment has been received and confirmed in our bank account. Proof of payment must be emailed to cannagarza@gmail.com with your order number as reference.
3.3 Pricing
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are additional and will be calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Manufacturing and Dispatch
All products are made to order using 3D printing technology. Standard dispatch time is 3-5 business days from receipt of payment confirmation. During peak periods, dispatch times may be extended and we will notify you if this occurs.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping
We ship within South Africa only via The Courier Guy. Shipping options are R99 (standard) or R150 (priority). Orders over R1 000 qualify for free shipping.
5.2 Delivery Times
Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 1-3 business days and priority takes 1-2 business days within South Africa. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
5.3 Risk
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for any loss or damage after delivery has been confirmed.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will guide you through the return process.
6.2 Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (EFT). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6.3 Defective Products
If you receive a defective or incorrectly printed product, please contact us immediately. We will replace the product or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our products are intended for use with legal herbal substances only. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
8. Intellectual Property
All product designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of CannagarZA and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Digital STL/3MF design files purchased from our Cults3D page are licensed for personal use only. Commercial reproduction of our designs is strictly prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
